Bienes Raíces Chirripó S.A. does not guarantee the property listed will be available when you request information thru any means as the conditions or sale might have been executed and we have not been notified by the seller or renter.

Prices shown are valid the very same day of the publication and they might change in time due to the currency exchange. Bienes Raíces Chirripó makes daily updates to the database for more accurancy.

For better customer service, please let us know when you want to visit a property as we have to coordinate with the person in charge of each property.

For other Real Estate Agents

Bienes Raíces Chirripó S.A. will be more than happy to cooperate in the sale of any property, ours or yours. In our case, we will be granting a 10% of the gross comission if you refer a customer's name and contact information; a twenty five percent (25%) of the commission will be earn by the agent who refers a qualified potential buyer to our office upon a purchase. If you come to our office with the client and you are also present during the sale and closing process you will earn a fifty percent (50%) of the commision made by the sale to your client.

The commission will be paid accordingly to the schema above and based on the partial payments Bienes Raíces Chirrpó might receive from the seller.

Bienes Raíces Chirripó S.A. is concern about the security of the information shared with us and our clients, that is why the information will not be share, shown or sold to third parties upon your written authorization.
